Why Take It?

The Clifton Strengths Report assesses one's Signature Themes from a developed list of 34 God given talents. The chance of two people sharing the same top five strengths in the same order is 1 in 33 million. Research suggests that individuals who apply their strengths in their day to day life have more energy, are more likely to accomplish goals, and are more confident, happy, and productive. Taking this assessment is not required, but recommended. After you have taken the assessment, please email the results to Ashley.
