Service Description

Do you consistently feel guilty? Do you feel like you are failing at life? Do you feel like you are never enough for the people that you love? Does making mistakes scare you? Do you have trouble making time for yourself? Do you overcommit yourself? If you struggle with any of this, this may be the group for you. In this group, you will receive support from your peers. It is comforting having support where people are going through similar struggles as you. You will receive helpful skills needed in order to overcome perfectionism. You will receive accountability and mentorship. This program can be completed in combination with individual coaching with Ashley.
